Mr. James Holdman is our President and has been in the private placement side of the financial services industry since 1998. Prior to that, he was a successful executive in the energy industry. James is registered with the National Association of Securities Dealers (NASD) and holds licenses for National Commodity Futures, General Securities Representative, Uniform Securities, Agent State Law, NASAA Uniform Investment Advisor Law, as well as being a Registered Options Principal and General Securities Principal. James earned a Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineering from LSU. |
Mr. Les Hausse is our Senior Investment Adviser. A retired Air Force Officer, Les has experience with two stalwarts of the financial services industry - American Express Financial Advisors and New York Life. Besides being registered with the NASD, he holds licenses for General Security Representative, NASAA Uniform Combined State Law, and is a General Securities Principal. Les earned a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration from LSU, and a Masters Degree in Business from Webster University. He is currently licensed in Louisiana to sell life, long-term care, and
disability insurance, as well as variable annuities.
